Join Anna Phillips in conversation with Yonke van Geloven about her experience on Alone Australia.
Yonke is a farmer, permaculturalist, and passionate nature connection facilitator and vision quest guide based on Dja Dja Wurrung Country, central Victoria. As a single mother of three, she stewards a 20-acre permaculture property where she weaves together regenerative land practices, storytelling, and community ritual. Her work invites others into deeper relationship with the land and their own wild selves. Yonke recently appeared on Season 3 of Alone Australia.
Held on the second Sunday of each the month, to tie in with the wonderful Clunes Farmers and Makers Market in the morning, so plan for a lovely drive into town, catch the train, or stay the weekend! (https://www.clunesbooktown.org.au/stay-in-clunes/)
We throw open the doors of our lovely historic home of the Clunes Railway Station at 11:00am, for a pre-loved book stall, with an author talk to follow at 1:30pm - so there is ample time to explore the market and grab a bite of lunch before hand.
We aim to be wrapped up by 3pm so you can catch the train home if needed. Drinks available to buy throughout the author talk, along with networking opportunities afterwards.
