NOTICE OF CREATIVE CLUNES INC 2024 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

WHEN: Sunday 13 October 2024 @ 3:30PM
WHERE: Clunes Railway Station - 80 Service Street, Clunes
WHO: All welcome to attend and hear our plans for the 20025 Booktown Festival.
Financial Members are eligible to vote.

AGENDA:

1. Confirm the minutes of the previous annual general meeting;
2. Approved the annual report of the Board on the activities of the Association;
3. Approve the financial statements of the Association for the preceding financial year;
4. to elect the members of the Board;
5. to confirm or vary the amounts (if any) of the annual subscription and joining fee.
6. Any other business submitted to the Secretary before 30th September.

If you are a financial member, and unable to attend please submit an apology. You may also wish to appoint a proxy, who must also be a financial member.

Anyone wishing to join Creative Clunes Inc prior to the meeting please contact the Secretary by 1st October.

Light refreshments will be served after the AGM.
